You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

(i) Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
(ii) All activity occurring under your account
(iii) Ensuring your data is accurate and lawful
You may not share accounts or access the Service in a way that violates applicable laws.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription unless otherwise stated. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, and transmit your data solely for operating and improving the Service. We take reasonable measures to protect data but do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, healthcare, and data regulations related to your business and clients. Placement Pro is not currently a HIPAA-covered service unless explicitly stated in writing.
You agree not to:
(i) Use the Service for unlawful purposes
(ii) Upload malicious code or interfere with system integrity
(iii) Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
(iv) Misrepresent yourself or your business
(v)Use the Service in a way that harms others or violates regulations
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
All software, branding, and platform content belong to the Company. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or distribute the Service without written permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (payments, eSignature, accounting, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or performance. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, outages, or technical issues may occur. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption beyond fees paid for the affected period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of data
Regulatory compliance
Business outcomes or revenue generation
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months.
